Real Estate Agents:

By booking a shoot, you are paying for the appropriate licensing to utilize the content provided to market the sale of the property. Under no circumstances, unless explicit approval is given by Envision Media, may any of the content received be given to a third-party to include but not limited to: contractors, stagers, designers, etc. Envision Media and the respective photographer/videographer are the sole owners of the copyright for any and all photos, video and/or media that has been captured, edited and/or delivered. Purchasing the content enables you the ability to properly market the property in a manner of your choosing. If a listing is canceled, you do not have permission to re-sell or re-use any content with out the explicit permission of Envision Media.

 

 

Designers / Builders / Commercial Clients:

By booking a shoot, you are paying for the appropriate licensing to utilize the content provided to market your business and only your business. Under no circumstances, unless explicit approval is given by Envision Media, may any of the content received be given to a third-party to include but not limited to: contractors, stagers, designers, manufactures, etc. Envision Media and the respective photographer/videographer are the sole owners of the copyright for any and all photos, video and/or media that has been captured, edited and/or delivered. Please direct any requests by a third party seeking any content to Envision Media. Proper licensing for the use of media by a third-party may be attainted for their usage with your approval and the consent of Envision Media.
